WHAT WE DO

Solent Interiors is an internal design and build construction specialist, based in Hampshire. We specialise in property renovations, home refurbishments, commercial fit-out and shop-fit. Every project is unique to us, which is why we offer a comprehensive main contractor methodology for every project.

At Solent Interiors we set out to be the contractor of choice. We have secured ourselves as one of the few recognised companies for design and build in our area. We challenge convention so that our clients receive fit-out solutions that blend high-end aesthetics with flexible functionality.

With a unique insight to creativity and through our countless repeat customers and referrals, we have proven we are one of the best choices in the area. Our friendly yet highly professional approach is applied from the initial briefing, through the design and quotation stage and is maintained during the construction phase and handover. Managing Director

James is a result driven, self-motivated and resourceful MD with proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximise company profitability and efficiency.

Experienced in leading and growing the business to make it a dynamic and progressive organisation. Processing excellent leadership skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

Craig Harrison

Operations Director

Craig is an experienced senior projects specialist either working as part of a management team or working autonomously. Craig’s approach is proven which has resulted in improved productivity, quality and project delivery.

His dedication and enthusiasm for every project is infectious and his knowledge and experience of the industry is extensive. He is devoted to delivering above and beyond our client’s expectations and to upholding the key principles on which the company was built on.

 

Peter Kemp

Cabinetmaker | Technician

Peter has an extensive knowledge and experience of the industry and is extremely motivated and enthusiastic about all aspects of Bespoke Joinery.

We truly value our collaborative working relationship with Peter and his team, and we continue to support each other’s businesses that are both guided by the same values & principles.

There are so many elements that go into the creation of stunning cabinetry, but what makes it extraordinary is Peter’s ability and skill to turn visions into reality. 

Zak Bowra

Sales & Marketing Exec

Zak is highly efficient, results driven and capable sales executive with a proven ability to effectively develop, manage and control relationships between our company and its target audience.

He has a proven track record of quickly understanding a marketing campaigns mission, vision and objective and then communicating this to potential customers.

Ben Raeburn

Principal Consultant

Ben has excellent organisational skills and can multi-task under tight deadlines and under pressure. He works closely with our M&E Partners across the business to develop our integrated M&E capability.

He delivers technical inputs on a wide range of assignments as required. This involves identifying opportunities, developing proposals, providing consultancy services and project management.

Kevin Kerin

Health & Safety Rep

Kevin provides us with standalone Principal Designer services, and a consultancy service to aid both our company and our clients in fulfilling their duties under the CDM Regulations 2015.

He focuses on providing up-to-date and pragmatic advice and supports us with our internal Health and Safety policies.

Jackie Lacey

Accounts Manager

Jackie’s responsibilities include developing strong relationships with our customers and connecting with key business executives and key stakeholders.

She takes every task as a challenge and completes it successfully. Her methodical approach has proven invaluable when reviewing projects or reconciling our financial accounts.

Zoe Derekis

Project Administrator

Zoe is a highly efficient individual that provides vital assistance to both project and site managers responsible for the efficient and effective running of the project, monitoring project schedules and budgets, preparing progress reports, and liaising with key stakeholders.

She also provides a customer relations service which has an excellent track record of significantly increasing service quality.

Hollie Willis

Design Manager

Hollie is extremely motivated and enthusiastic about all aspects of architecture and interior design, She strives to continually learn, improve and apply her knowledge within the field.

She has advanced computer skills specialising in Revit, AutoCAD, Google Sketch Up, Kerkythea, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign. She has provided designs and supplied solutions to our customer’s requirements in order to transform their building interiors, through innovative designing, into a harmonious, stimulating, enlivening environment.

Melissa Smith

HR Consultant

Melisa is our HR consultant who is responsible for keeping all our HR policies and legislation up to date, managing resource, performance reviews, monitoring holidays and sickness, new starter inductions and leavers, health and safety checks and general employee well being.
